I have always had a lawn service and when we hired them this was the most I had ever paid a lawn service so I was expecting great things. I had weeds almost the entire time I had them, I had to call back on a few services, when I had finally had enough on the last service NOTHING had improved the lawn looked no better than when we hired them and the back yard still had weeds. On the last service it looked like the service had not even been done after a few weeks, I had not paid the last bill as I felt it was not justified but they have called relentlessly about this bill. I finally paid it but I would never use them again for lawn service.

After using them for two years, my yard did not improve and got worse instead. They used a spray liquid fertilizer instead of granules, which caused my yard to have short roots and grow horizontally with many runners.  The areas of St. Augustine that were really growing well before they started mostly went to weed.

I have used them for 21 years, and they have been good. There is nothing special. They have always done my house, and they come when they are supposed to. There are no termites, and I have been termite free for 21 years. The technicians are very good, very nice, and always professional. They have to keep hounding me.

I really like them. I have been with them for almost 3 years. They come out 3 or 4 times a year. They are dependable. If there is a bug, they will come out and kill it. They do my yard. They do not do my termite extermination.

The last time I called them back out was around April regarding flying insects swarming in my master bedroom. They said it would be a week before someone could come out. Obviously I was furious, so they got someone out the next day, begrudgingly. This time I called about ants in my kitchen. They told me that the plan I'm on only allows for 2 revisits a year, so this one would be an additional $50. I will NOT be renewing my contract.

Teams were on time and did their work quckly and efficiently. Staff are very polite and friendly, explaining what they do and whether any options should be considered.
Do review the bill with them and add it up yourself. On the first visit the guy in charge mis-totaled my bill and I got a refund later.

They're pretty much punctual. I will keep using them in the future.

They are reliable. The services they provide have always met my expectations.

They have been very good. They come when they say they are going to. Their prices are competitive.

The technicians were on time for my appointment. We discussed any problems I'd been having regarding pests. I mentioned the ants, which they sprayed for under the terms of the pest control contract. Under the pest control contract, the technicians also baited for roaches. Under the WDO contract, a complete inspection was done, including the attic. After the inspection, a full treatment for WDO was done outside. They were very courteous and professional.

They were reasonably priced and didn't try to up sell. I didn't interact too much with them. I would use them again.

We have a rental and there were bees up in the attic. They arrived on time, went up in the attic, and took care of our bee problem. The salesman, who was knowledgable about the type of bees and how to fix the situation, came out two or three times (even before I actually hired them) to evaluate it. I wound up getting exterimination services from them as well since it was more reasonable to get their extermination services rather than just getting rid of the bees. They were very professional, very good. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them.

I have always found their personnel to be friendly, professional and efficient.

The serviceman was very polite and knowledgeable. He even placed shoe covers on his boots before entering the house onto my new carpet, just to get his receipt signed. The salesman was also polite and explained his Company's services honestly and succintly. I had had another company for the past 15 years, but they went up in price, (tripled), so I got three other estimates. Out of the four estimates, Peninsular was the least expensive, by a miniscule amount, but they only offered me a $5,000 repair warranty. Florida Pest Control came in next, a tad higher, same treatment schedule and chemicals, yet had a $250,000 termite repair warranty. Terminix was noticeably more expensive for the same service. Finally, Bug-Out was extraordinarily expensive, to the point where I gave them only a cursive glance. Florida Pest Control was the best service at a great value.

They were honest with us about our lack of bug infestation after another company had told us that we did have termites. They were very courteous, informative, and honest with us. I really appreciate their honesty, especially since they knew the other company had already told us that we did have a termite problem. The inspection was free, since they did not spray anything, but they were going to charge us one hundred and fifty dollars for the initial treatment if they sprayed.

I think that they did a very good job and I was pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone, because they are trustworthy and reliable. The prices were good and I think that the treatment is working well.

I am always satisfied with their work. The price is good. They do the work that needs to be done. They are very trustworthy.

Florida Pest Control comes out once a year to spray for bugs and they do an excellent job. They also give you an evaluation to see how your place is doing. They are very professional and friendly to work with. They complete all work in a timely manner.

I have already hired Florida Pest Control for next year. I would recommend them to others. They are very professional and describe what they are doing.
