In the process of selling our home an inspection noted several areas of wood rot and termite damage.  These areas were primarily located on outside door jams but one spot was in the garage.  When the garage spot was opened up it turned out to be an 8 foot area where the wall studs were heavily eaten by termites.  It was old damage that occurred prior to our purchase of the home and since no live termites were found the termite company could not be held liable.  Jerry and his crew worked tirelessly and professionally at fixing all the repairs.  They took the initiative of searching through our saved paint cans to find the right paint to finish the job.  If they ran out of paint they went to the paint store and bought more paint.  Each step of the way they spent time showing us the damage and what they were doing to fix it.  
Loved the quality of their work and they were also delightful to work with.
