FLOOR TERRITORY

We dealt with the nephew of the owner who was extremely nice during the sale and gave us a competitive price on good quality flooring. Company uses outside independent contractors to install for them. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves well. Product purchased was competitive but watch them regarding deposit, etc. We 'thought' we had a firm understanding and placed our deposit on our AMEX card to have the flooring ordered. We were told work would be completed and verified by Floor Territory before full payment would be due. To our surprise the ENTIRE BALANCE was charged to our card unauthorized (we intended deposit ONLY on the card!) three days before work was completed. No one from Floor Territory ever called to check on work or whether we were satisfied - only the installing independent contractor. Had we not had the open balance on the card or one with a low limit we could have had problems with the card issuer. We would be more careful next time!

They are very professional and do beautiful work. They used subcontractors but they guarantee the work. The subcontractors did the work very quickly. They did my hardwood flooring (it's a good size area) in one day and they cleaned up and they were gone. Same with the ceramic tile. They did my kitchen and foyer in a couple hours. They were back promptly to check it the next day. They did excellent work.

Horrible! Do not ever use this company. They hire out cheap labor to workers who have never done that type of work before, do a horrible job, refuse to make repairs! The tile fell off my countertop 2 days after it was installed and the company didn't care...They only badgered me for the other 30% I owed them, which I refused to pay. The counters were so bad that no other tile company would repair them for me. I had to have them ripped out and have all new installed. I would strongly recommend no one ever use this company. They only want your money and don't care about quality workmanship!
