The warehouse part and the loading was poor because they restocked half of our shipment before we could go for the second pickup and then they were super disorganized and slow. It took forever, even though we called them ahead of time. My husband went back there and he found the guys yakking instead of working. There were like three guys that were just talking after he had been waiting for an hour after he called 45 minutes ahead of time. I would say the experience was great as far as the sales but the warehouse and loading were horrible. They should fire their workers or make them work better. That was inexcusable - they were lazy and slow. I think there was probably poor communication between the front service desk and the warehouse. Whoever is in charge of the loading in the warehouse and the inventory that has been purchased and has to be picked up is like a disgrace. It's a fabulous place to buy good quality and I know I couldn't find a better price anywhere. The value is amazing. The product was good but the warehouse was poor.

Went to store and met with gentleman who patiently showed us the various tile for our cabin.  We actually wanted wood but with 2 big dogs and lots of sand, he suggested tile that looks like wood.  We found what we we were looking for and bought it that day, which is really unusual for us.

She is very good and she helped us with designing our bathroom. We did our bathroom remodeling. She is a store designer and the store itself is great and they have a huge selection and good prices and the service is very good. They actually have a return policy and she is very good.  

The person that came to lay the floor did not speak any English, which caused a language barrier. The estimator understood what I wanted. We had to wait a couple days for someone who understood. We had problems with some of the pieces put down.
