I am active duty Navy stationed in California. My Florida home was damaged by Hurricane Irma. David Dillavoo (Flood pro 24) was contracted to repair my home in November. He has still not completed repairs. He said he would be done by Christmas. It's January 17th. He has been unreachable since new years by email or phone. We paid him for everything except the carpet, trim, and the Kitchen countertop (still incomplete). He even told us he had already bought the carpet. He has bailed on us and our home and left our home incomplete. I do NOT recommend anyone doing business with him no matter what company name he uses. My family is currently seeking to have him reimburse us for materials (carpet and counter) he purchased with our insurance claim and never installed. David Dillavoo has literally lied to me, my wife, and our tenant about progress on our home every time we spoke and now we can't even contact him. What a scumbag?! What goes around comes around. STAY AWAY FROM HIS BUSINESS!
