First Maid - Florida Cleaning Concepts

Bringing someone into your home; especially in these uncertain times, can bring a certain level of anxiety. It's your home, your safe space. I found myself in an unexpected and time sensitive situation in which my home was going to be on display. Talk about anxiety..... First Maid was cognizant of my debacle and whisked in relieving me of the concern with preparing my home. Claudia arrived timely, armed with supplies and ready to jump right in. She was respectful of my time, attentive to my concerns and what was important to me, mindful of my need to work during her visit and the job?!?! Where do I start,.....she cleaned areas I hadn't even considered or realized needed attention, every inch was left sparkling as if it were a brand new home. First Maid freed me of crucial time allowing me to focus on and prepare for my function. Having a dependable, reliable, safety conscientious team (First Maid took all Covid precautions for myself as well as their team) on your side can make all the difference. First Maid is now my go-to for taking care of my home that I am highly recommending to friends, family and you!

They never responded. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Claudia came and gave me an estimate...having health issues for years and an elderly mom, animals...the place was terrible...I felt ashamed to show it to anyone..she was so nice and so unjudgemental...she fit me in within a few days...from top to bottom all was cleaned...it was a miracle how she got so much done and cleaned...well worth every cent...others had given me estimates of 250...for it was really bad...dog hair everywhere...now I have fresh start..am going to hire them to come in and work on other rooms...do not even bother to go to anyone else...this family business is great!!!!!!!

I contacted this company first by email using the "I found you on Angie's List" link. On the following day I placed a call since I was trying to line up a few potential housecleaning candidates. I spoke with a very pleasant person on the phone who asked and took down all my information including contact information. I was told I would get a call from someone that would then give me an estimate. That was it. I never received a call back and I never received a reply to my email. I think two separate tries on my part to get information is more than reasonable. Frankly I was just disappointed with the experience.

I called and arranged to get an estimate. I liked this company never pressured me or made me feel like I was being sold. So I met a young lady at my mom's house and she was really nice. Again, she didn't try to push me to use their service at all... she talked with me about what I wanted done and she then pointed out to me how she could help.
She also pointed out some things that I didn't know (one of the bathrooms is never used but it stinks ... she pointed out that the water in the drains dry out over time and then the odor from the sewer lined come though... so it is important every so often pour a cup or two of water into the drains to keep the smell down in those unused bathrooms every so often - never even thought of that... but it makes total sense).
So I decided to go with First Maid because I was really impressed with how they treated me and more important how I felt they would treat my mother and her house.
They had 2 people come out and do a deep clean. I was really against doing the deep clean at first because of the cost but I am so so glad I did it. After they cleaned I went to my mom's house and I was so impressed with the job they did. They got the kitchen sink cleaned that I though I was going have to replace... it didn't look brand new but it looked so much better than I ever thought possible.
Now my mom has just one maid that cleans her house and she loves her so much. I really imagined that she was going to fight me about having someone in her home to clean. But she really likes it.
Bottom line... I am really happy with First Maid.

Outstanding Service.

I have been using First Maid for a long time now. I was using First Maid for weekly cleaning but due to some financial troubles I had to stop having my house cleaned and I started doing it myself... I was thinking since I cleaned my house for years why not just do it myself, it would be easy and I would save some money. Then after cleaning for a few weeks I remembered how hard cleaning really is... and I enjoy cleaning... but getting down on the tile in the shower and cleaning it... it is h****** my hands. I also missed the all the free time I had when I had them... so I hired them back (I only do everyother week cleaning now... but I hope to get them back to cleaning every week soon!) I really don't know what I would do without First Maid. Forgive me for sounding like a commercial.
