Our in ground pool was not only in need of updating but was in need of a lot of TLC. Andy and his team have utterly transformed our whole back yard. From the moment of our fist meeting when we were in the process of just getting bids from several companies to do the work. Andy listened intently to all my must haves and my wish list. The written bid he submitted was the most thorough and exactly how we asked for it. Each stage of remodel and or item on our wish list was listed on a separate line item.
All his staff were all very respectful and extremely professional. As with all projects there were one or two bumps along the way, but he responded quickly to assess the issue and resolved it with efficiency.
Andy had helpful suggestions from the moment of our fist meeting to the completion of the job. He insured the vision we had for our pool area was not only fulfilled but it truly has exceeded our expectations.

After inquiring about a pool from the Viking Pool website, I was contacted by Andy Granuzzo, the local Viking Pools representative. I told him I wasn't sure how big a pool would fit in my yard or even if there WAS room for a pool. Andy came out and took some measurements and the next day I got an email with an artists rendering of an 11X22 pool in my back yard. After playing with the layout and orientation we determined that a 12X26 pool, the Bermuda, would fit. I signed all of the paperwork and the pool was ordered on Jan 25. The excavator came out on Feb 10 to remove some tree stumps and on Monday Feb 13 they dug the hole for the pool. The pool was delivered on Feb 14 and was full of water and the hole was backfilled by the end of the day Feb 15. It was impressive to watch. The schedule ran like clockwork until the concrete pavers were to be installed. There were a couple days of weather delay and apparently a couple days of illness and car trouble which all added up to the job taking an extra week and a half. Overall I am very pleased with the final product and I recommend First Coast Viking Pools to anybody considering an inground pool.

We contracted First Coast Viking Pools to install our screened fiberglass pool. The first day the pool arrived and installation started, Mr. Granuzzo was on site every day to ensure everything ran smooth, and by week four, our and quot;backyard oasisand quot; was complete. That was in Dec2009 and since then we have enjoyed every moment in our pool! The Viking fiberglass pool is virtually maintenance free, we add salt occasionally along with a brief vacuum and that’s it! You will be so pleased with the service provided by First Coast Viking Pools! Enjoy!
