The actual tree trimming was fine. It was what they did in the process - put a large gouge in one of the boards on the front siding. Worse yet, they never mentioned it to me, and when I noticed it they tried to deny responsibility. It was in a very obvious place, was not there before they started, but was there when they finished. The owner put up quite an argument before finally agreeing to adjust the price $100. I am sure it will cost me more than that to repair. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional tree service!
