I'm so disappointed with this place and Don the salesman who works there. From the beginning it felt like Don was half listening. I should have listened to my gut but they did come highly recommended. We went back and forth so many times by email because he couldn't get the order right. I went over everything again and again double checking and making sure. I felt we finally understood each other. Made the deposit payment and Don assured me that the in stock items would go out immediately. Weeks passed, checked in with him through email, vague responses. Finally after a month and a half we got a delivery date. Everything was going smoothly until I noticed they were installing the wrong fridge. Don called and tried to convince me that this was the correct one and would work better. He was rude on the phone and claims there's nothing he can do about it, Sub Zero won't take it back. Said he may have the owner call me. I'll update the review if that happens. We had a rather large order over $30k, you'd think they would have take a little more time to get it right.

We were interested in induction and Kyle steered us to GE Profile. They require you to pay in full at the time you order. What they don’t tell you is that your 1 year GE warranty starts the day you pay. We paid on June 21. We left the delivery date open due to the remodel. We were under the impression that the range we paid for was sitting in their warehouse with our name on it until we were ready for it.....The other thing they don’t tell you is that they don’t take delivery from GE until you schedule delivery from first coast supply. We ended up not being ready for delivery until nearly end of August. And when I called to schedule it, the range (that was paid for) was on backorder! They were able to pull some strings and get it to me 2 days late - when they delivered I had workmen here doing my backsplash so the first coast delivery guys left the range in the box in my kitchen. ( I was working from home and on a conference call at the time). My paperwork included installation so I had to call again and have them come back and install. They literally had $2300 of my money for 2 months, and then when I asked for some of it back for my inconvenience I was told “we just don’t do that”. And on top of all of that, 3 months after I got the range, while I was cooking Thanksgiving dinner,it completely quit. I am now dealing with GE “customer care” and no answer as to how long it will take to fix the issue, AND I have lost 2 months of my warranty because I paid First Coast Supply Wanted to post this so that other consumers will think twice about using this company.

I essentially got better customer service at Lowes than I did at FCS. For the cabinets, I spent almost two hours going through choices and making a selection. I waited for a few days for a quote and, when I got it, it was the most generic quote I have ever seen. There were no details except for a line drawing and a (very high) price: well over $5K for two vanities. I emailed that I would like more details, and was shuffled around. I ended up at Lowes where they gave me an extremely detailed quote, I got exactly what I wanted and paid $4K.
The second time was to get a Fleurco shower door. I initially got a price for a door and install and was happy with it, but when I ordered a template from the manufacturer I decided that it would be too small. Construction was also delayed over the holidays. When I found a different door a few months later, the quote I was given was astronomical ($3.5K for door and $1.5K for install!) I asked for a quote on another door due to price and sizing, but the install price was more than a normal door! They even told me that they were looking for another shower door installer. So I asked for a quote for "Hardware Only" - which was suggested by the manufacturer - but despite several emails and calls, they never got back to me.
It seems like they just didn't want the work, or were too busy with the big fish to deal with a small order like mine. I'm very disappointed. I ended up with an Angie's List installer, used Portals shower door hardware to make it look custom and am much happier as I spent $1.7K for door and install.

Worked with appliance and cabinet salespersons. We were offsite and they completed job to our specifications. Costs were reasonable.

The followed my oven from when it was shipped, until it was delivered. They were very good with calling me every step of the way. The company they hired for the installation was great too. The installation company even repaired my microwave that wasn't installed right by someone else. They contacted me multiple times. They even called me an hour before it was at my door. First Coast was very professional too.

Their price was really competitive. Delivery and installation was on schedule. The cabinets and counter tops are nice. When they installed it once of the handles were damaged. They are going to bring another door. I have not heard from them yet.

I was very dissatisfied with First Coast Supply. They give wrong information and nothing but excuses and argumentation from them no matter what we were talking about. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
