David was great. He is really knowledgeable and responsive.
He alleviated some concerns I had in the beginning of the project and made things right at the end.
The two Yugoslavian father and son workers he had were also awesome and since my wife is a stay at mom with a toddler and baby, they were very respectful and courteous.
My wife and I are very happy with the results and wanted to give David a great review.

This is a one-man shop and owner David Collier provided fairly routine renovation and repainting services to my elderly father (with me as his primary contact throughout the process). Collier was pleasant throughout the bidding process, seemed a bit expensive for the work being performed, but we agreed to have him do the work. The job included replacing two exterior doors, removing three attic fans, and repairing several places in the ceilings in the house and associated re-surfacing and painting. While most all of the work was completed, the quality of the work was very poor. You could see daylight through the exterior doors from in the house, virtually all of the sheetrock patch work is cracked and most tape lines are clearly visible, he left painter's tape around several fixtures in the ceiling, and he never completed the reinstallation of some insulation in the attic that was clearly listed as part of his job. He finished the job while I was out of town and my father (84) paid him before I could inspect the work. When I returned and looked around, I immediately called Collier to discuss the poor quality of work and he agreed to call me the next week to set up a time to come back to the work-site. That was April 6th and this review is being written May 7 - no word from Collier. In short, I feel like this professional took advantage of the situation and my elderly father and I could not in good conscience recommend him to anyone for any purpose (unless you are there to supervise every part of the work). I think he is capable, but for some reason, lost interest in this job and performed very poorly.
Response from First Coast Renovations Inc
"First Coast Renovations did not preform any work for the member there for this is a fraudulant claim and will be delt with as such. A member has not informed us of any complaints and was very satisfied at the end of the job. As to his claim for the work performed for his father it goes as follows: This job was bid for and completed for a member. Yes the member brought this job to my attention and his father made it very plain he was paying and I was not working for his son. First Coast Renovations is not a one man shop. The job was completed with one man and a helper. Just what was needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Jobs that require more workers get them as needed. As to the expense incured a member agreed to the proposed price based on our reputation from word of mouth threw friends. The member's work description is accurate. As to the quality of the work it was completed in a proper and proffesional manor. A member was informed if he had any issues the work completted all he need do is call to have them taken care of. As for the daylight seen around the exterior doors the member was informed prior to any work that the doors needed to be replaced with new prehung doors. Do to the age of the house and setteling of the foundation. However the member did not want to go in to the expense or further wood work and painting that would been invovled in this matter. At the time of completion the member had no issues with the drywall repairs. All drywall was repaired properly and more than what was bid on. There was no estimate for installing insullation in attic as that was done by another company. However we did bid to install som insullation rods on walls of room in attic and completed as promised. A message was left for the member about returning to see what issues he had. We did not receive a return call."
