First Choice Sprinkler Repair

These people were awful. First, their rep came to assess the need. The rep could only locate 5 of the 6 zones I had before these guys did their "repair". As the project proceeded, the price kept going up. When they were "finished", the system didn't work because there was a problem with the pump, which, incredibly, they said they didn't know how to fix, despite the fact that a pump is a typical feature of sprinkler systems in this area. When I called the owner/manager to ask if they could at least direct me to someone who could fix the pump, he told me he didn't know anybody and actually asked if I would let him know if I found someone so that they would then know someone who could do that work. I found someone to fix the pump who said it was a simple fix. In the end, I was left with a missing zone that was not receiving water, electric lines literally lying on top of the ground, not buried, so that my dogs could get at them, and today, only one of the five remaining zones working.

No issues and they did everything we agreed and stated they would.

They did the job.

This went terribly. Each time this company came out, they discovered a new problem. In the end, my bill was over $1000 and the problem was still not fixed. I called another company and presto, it was fixed for a reasonable amount. I’m not sure if it was a purely unknowledgeable staff or unsavory business tactics. Buyer beware with this company.

There was a leak outside, it was unknown where the leak was however it was found quickly. I was made aware of the problem and where it was located, I was quoted a price for the repair, I am very satisfied with the time and effort the the First Choice crew. They were very professional crew.

I was very pleased and the way they worked. They flagged everything and when they finished doing that and they explained it to me.

They showed up on time and performed the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

It was good - more work than I thought. They did not clean up after they completed their work.

It went very well. They are true professionals. They activated the sprinklers and checked for leakage. They checked everywhere around the yard because water was on the walkway. They found out what it was. It was grass on the walkway which impeded the water from flowing into the ditch.

There were six or seven souls working in my yard placing markers, digging, replacing and aligning sprinklers simultaneously. Gene Dillon sent a team and they really work good together

This company was awesome! I had just had sod placed in my yard when I discovered my backyard irrigation was not working. They squeezed me in the same day. Stayed until dark to repair my system, unfortunately damaged by the sod people, replaced the sod they had to pick up to work, then cleaned the area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!
