The job was on time had to call them back to take up a two by four that they put in the place of a bar that went with the aluminum fence. Have had to call several times to replace and fix the gate. They promised to come on 4/10/2020. Do not deal with them I can’t stand to be taken for granted.

They guys were courteous and got started as soon as they got there. They did a great job with the fence, but not so great on the clean up... I had a minor issue with the gate but they came the next day and fixed it. They were running behind to start the job but gave me a call to let me know this prior to their expected arrival time.

Very bad. Fence was not put up straight. They cut hole out of the fence so you could use handle. Owner was contacted (as he comes out for the estimate but contracts the work) on several occasions never came out to see issues. Do not use this company.

They showed up on time. Never finished the job. I paid them for entire job and said they would be back to finish the job. Don't use them, Did a lousy job and skimped on materials. I would never use them again

We do not like this company for many reasons. We felt that since they were dealing with 2 women we were not being taken seriously. They did show up on time, but the work and communication was terrible. We did have some heated discussions with the owner, but I will not say that it was completely his fault that we had them. I think we were both frustrated by that point. I did go and look at their other work on different properties. It was great. I think that was because they installed 6 foot fences. I don't think that they had enough experience with the weight of an 8 foot fence.

Had estimator come out. Gave estimate on two types of fence: fancy and plain old cypress. No pressure on choosing. Installers came as scheduled. Did nice work. Had made slight changes between sales estimate and install, that weren't on invoice, so check invoice, if you deviate from original estimate. Installers did quick and generally good work. Had to remind them to install self closer on gate. Car gate slightly misaligned. I will call them to straighten. All in All a very good company, would definitely work with them again. Also, the installers did some minor repairs on existing fence, at no extra charge.

When I asked why they left my home the way they did when they knew I had dogs and a pool, they said the job they finished early in the day that the customer was very upset and they had to go and fix it. I will say that on Sat, when a different crew came, they fixed the bad panels and ended by doing a great job on the fence. But with a pool and dogs, I would think that no one would leave a job the way this one was left. A note and picking up the rotten wood full of nails would have been a start. They to top it off two days later I get a call asking me when I am going to pay. Point 1, I told them I only work from Angie's List, Point 2, you don't leave a job without explaining why, Point 3, If you make a mistake, apologize and offer some compensation for the mess-up, Point 4, I own my own business and will tell everyone I know about my experience. Yes, in the end the fence was beautiful, but the process was terrible.

We would have used them if I did not encounter someone to do it for free.

Father & Sons Fence Co came out and gave us an estimate, it was better than anyone else. We liked the fence. They did everything they needed to work with us. It was just a great job all around. I have and would recommend them to anyone.

Father & Sons Fence was a great company. They tore down my old fence and put up to new one in one day. I had a problem with my gate bowing inward and they came back and fixed it for me. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to others.
