FAST TRACK PLUMBING INC

I would never again use this company. They failed to show up on time. They cost me time and money. I lost about a week's worth of time because of them. They also displayed a horrible attitude while on the job. Basically, they are bad news. I had one guy threaten me. It was the worst disaster I have ever experienced using a contractor. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are disrespectful, unreliable, and they are a disaster. Their bid was for $4000. They never completed the job so I had only paid them $3000. I had to pay someone else to finish their work. They then proceeded to put a lean against my home.

This individual is very bad news! If you don't really watch him he will cheat on the work - like not putting proper support under a tub, installing drains that slope the wrong way, and a variety of other "shortcuts" too. He can become very much out of control - yelling and screaming, threatening, intimidating. He was fired from our site as we seriously feared for my personal safety and the safety of my work crew. He is incredibly vindictive. He came back to the site after hours and installed a shutoff valve in the line to the house, which he buried. We lost a significant amount of time trying to find out why there was no water to the house.

Palmer is a very competent and knowledgable plumber. His work is high quality, he works speedily, and his rates are reasonable. HOWEVER he has a serious attitude problem. He will commit to show up on a certain day - but not show and when confronted with this will hang up and turn off his phone. He will insist on being paid his final installment the instant his work is completed - not wanting to wait for final inspections etc. HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO DO EVERYTHING HE SAYS HE WILL DO OR WHEN HE WILL DO IT - AND CERTAINLY NOT TO RETURN YOUR CALLS.
