+ -1 moreOn 3/8/12, at approximately 2 PM, I noticed that I didn't have hot water. I contacted TECO Gas and they provided me with a list of contractors. I just happened to choose Mr. Farrell. He couldn't have been nicer. He and his son came out late that afternoon, replaced the defunct heater, and cleaned up beautifully. While his son was working on the "finishing touches," Mr. Farrell even cleaned out the gutter on my garage and removed an old sack of concrete that had hardened. He exemplified the businessman of the past - willing to go that extra mile. TECO offered a rebate of $350 and he factored that into the $900 bill so that I wouldn't have to bother with filing for the rebate and waiting for reimbursement.
