"We are sorry that this individual was unhappy with our service. We try to handle all issues with our work in a timely and prompt manner. It is hard to respond to a review or complaint when it is written 18 months after the service. Our records indicate this individual had his equipment service on 7/21/2010 and paid 63.91 for parts and labor. On 9/21/2011 he had work performed and was billed 55.91. We do not have a record of any service done in 2012 for this individual."
They offered a thirty day warranty, I though it would have been longer.
