We said her insurance should cover she said she wouldn't go through her insurance she would just pay out of pocket after we got an estimate. Her and her husband James Ellington both repeatedly stated they would pay for the damages after we get an estimate,, about 5 days later I contacted her stating we are having someone fix the floors and it will be approximately 500.00 could be more. Her response was to take her to court she will not pay for something she didn't do. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
"I have asked you numerous times to stop. But unfortunately you didn't listen. You are a liar and you know it. I have deliveries to make so have a great day!"
