I have closed many times at Estate Title. They are very professional and courteous, and they all are very responsive to emails. I also really appreciate the Sellers Net Calculator on their web site, which gives a pretty close estimate of what my sellers' proceeds will be. I would definitely recommend them.

Provider was very punctual, professional, and efficient. We encountered a slight problem in the closing processs, the morning of closing, and Blake recommended a resolution which worked out, and we ended up closing on time.

Their prices were reasonable and it was a prompt closing. The title paperwork was all in order at time of closing and the paperwork was submitted in a timely manner. All things considered, it was what I was looking for in a title company.
