We were in the midst of having a sun room addition built when wood rot was discovered. The sun room folks recommended Estate & Property Services, Mr. Bobby Hamm, to check the areas of concern. Unfortunately, the entire chimney had to be re-built. When the house was built, 1993, the stucco and plywood of the chimney chase were not properly built and the Tyvek had been applied "backward" so water ran behind it. A real mess. Mr. Hamm diagnosed the problems and his crew rebuilt the entire chimney including the stucco. Excellent service and workmanship at a fair price.

Contractor for updating our master bedroom. Removed popcorn ceilings and replaced with knock down texture. Installed ceiling fan and closet fluorescent light purchased by us. Painted master bedroom and closet. Replaced woodwork around room with updated painted white wider look. Installed Closet Maid tracking system closet. Removed carpet and replaced with a laminate. Cleaned beam and sealed.
