Everything went pretty well once it was scheduled. They showed up when expected and work diligently. No complaints with the quality of work or the time in which it was done.

I can't say enough about Bobby Hamm and his crew. We have been in our home for 20 years and have had many modifications including bedrooms added on, dining room remodel, etc. therefore, have worked with my share of contractors. Our latest venture was a complete kitchen remodel and I could not be more happy with the results. Bobby and his crew were not only very professional, but clean, friendly and very respectful of my home. I NEVER had to wonder and quot;when the contractors were going to show upand quot;. They are always on time and extremely good at communicating the next step of the process. In fact, I was never left wondering anything; Bobby and his crew always followed up and followed through on every aspect of the job. Bobby said they would exceed my expectations and sure enough, they did - all this with staying on budget!!! I also feel the need to express the professionalism of his crew. They were so polite and respectful and extremely helpful when I couldn't decide on tile, lights, etc. I didn't feel intimidated, they were very patient with my (lack of) decision making without skipping a beat. I am very grateful to Bobby and his team at Estate and Property Services. This is a contractor that can (1) get the job done on time, (2) stay within budget (3) be professional (4) show respect for my home while maintaining a kind and friendly demeanor (5) complete A+ quality work. I HIGHLY recommend Estate and Property Services. In fact, we have already started our next project with this company!!!

His workers were punctual, skilled and we felt comfortable leaving them alone during the day to work. He told us it would take a particular time period and they were in and out when promised. He took the time to show us other bathrooms that he had done and we even had the chance to meet the workers prior to starting our job. We plan on using him in the future for other work in our home.

We had just moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in early 2011 and needed to renovate a house built in the late 1980s, but to our surprise needed a huge amount of updating. We got several estimates, were stunned at how high they were and not sure how to proceed. Then we met Bobby Hamm, owner of Estate and Property Services. His estimates were significantly lower than all other contractors, and the quality higher than options we were given by other contractors. He came in on budget and we were able to do more than we had anticipated due to his strong cost controls and excellent service. We continue to use his company to service and maintain our property, we have no worries about the house, and we continue to get great service at a very fair price. We highly recommend him and his company.
