"Hello [member name removed],i respect you opinion (I don't agree) maybe is good idea if you explain you attitude against me person, from the first moment that I touch you driveway(keep in mind that we never spoke before in life), in another hand we never send the bill to you company also maybe you can show the refund check that we send to you for $60 dollars. Now I have a question 1)-How you spend money in the hotel ,why you no call another plumbing company to fix the problem Any way me personal opinion about you r that you are a family man with lots of stress for you water leak. ER-Rooter was sent to my house due to a slab leak. He immediately used up to date detection devices to locate the leak and then verified it with a small camera. He showed me the leak on the magnification screen. To fix he would need to pull the toilet and tear out my shower. He explained to me that another alternative would be to repipe the house which would bypass the problem and not have to tear out the shower. We already knew we needed to have the house repiped. He said you need to have the house repiped whether I do it or not. He gave us the price and all it included. After checking around and talking with others I went with ER-Rooter.
He requested 30% of the money down and the remainder upon completion. He also gave me a 5 year labor warranty. Everyone else was 1 year. The day of the repipe, the owner and 2 employees went to work promptly at 7:15 am. By 3:15 p.m. the next day the job was complete except for closing up the holes in the walls where they had to cut. For that job he hires a sheet wall professional to do the job. The holes that were cut were repaired perfectly. The only thing we had to do was repaint the spots. They were left sanded and ready to paint. You cannot tell where the holes were. The workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves continually and hardly stopped to even take a drink.
They used quality products and did not cut corners. All the pipes are covered in insulation.
If there was any problem it would be my lack of understanding their Spanish accents. I am slightly hard of hearing. They were very patient with me and slowed down to explain and took me to show me exactly what they were talking about.
My husband and I are very pleased with ER-Rooter and will recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again if needed.
