They are so good I have followed him through his other companies. They come every 6 months. They check on both of my ac units. They are on the pricey side , but they have one of the best customer service I have had so I am willing to pay for it.

They do excellent work, excellent work. They are not cheap.

The lady that called me back to cancel was rude and did not honor what the extended Trane warranty outlines. She stated she needed to have the records herself but I told her I had all the hard copies to show my units have been inspected yearly. Bad customer service! I called Trane customer service department and the Rep said they are independently owned and have no control if they want to come out. The Rep did said they should have come out because claims have been paid under the extended warranty policy without any issues.

The technician was very thorough, I was very pleased with him.

Received a 30 minute warning call that the tech was on the way. He showed up when they said he would, he was neat, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The exact same level of service I've received from EAC every time they've been to my home. they are the ONLY AC company I use, I don't even price shop anymore. They are that good. Highly recommend them to any and every one.

It was just fine. They showed up on time, got right to work, and got it done. They were courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Office staff quick response to schedule. Called when on way to let me know approximate arrival time. Arrived on time. Professional service. Answered questions. Cleaned up after service. Greg M. project manager comes on site goes over areas that need to be addressed and makes sure areas of concern were checked and working. All employees that I have come in contact with have been polite, professional and get the job done as quoted.

They always do a good job. They come on time and are alway professional.

AC/Heat-full installation, ducts, vents, plaster repairs, etc. Aided in finding contractors for insulation and structural changes. Worked with our electrical contractors and security company. Very polite, clean and professional. We highly recommend EAC.

I was very impressed with the service. They were very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.

The part was under warranty and free. They did not have the correct wiring harness in stock, so he created a safe temporary wiring harness to get us through until the part arrived. He came out the next week with the part and installed it. I wrote that the total cost was $120, but it was over a year ago so I'm not sure that's correct. Part of me thinks that it may have been $170, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I definitely prefer EAC to Snyder. I called Snyder out for routine maintenance later that year, because I thought they might be a little cheaper. You can read my review about them separately. It was not a good experience, but to their credit they read my review on Angie's list and sent me a full refund. Next time, though, I'll always call EAC. They have a stellar reputation in town among custom builders. There's a reason! You do get what you pay for! Highly recommended.

Turned out that there was just some dust that had accumulated around the filter on the outside, but that I actually didn't need any service. I just appreciate so much that they weren't dishonest and tell me that there was work that wasn't even there.

They were on time, called before they came. They had the incorrect filters for me to use in replacing when they first came out but returned the next day to leave the right ones to put in.
