The work was held up a few days by the rain, but as soon as the crew came they were completely done with the job in four days, even to include jackhammering a concrete slab which was not anticipated . We decided the last minute to go with a 14 foot circle instead of a 12 ft one, David, acomadated every request we have . I would recommend Enhanced Hardscspe (Encounters) for any hardscspe project. We paid $1895 for a larger pool drain system also they ran another drain into yard. They failed to put a larger pipe at end of drain/ downspout so our patio floods as badly if not worse than before we hired them David told us when we told him and showed the problems before work. He said you need a WATERHOG drain. We now have it and my patio floods every big rain storm daily right now in this season, my husband called they FINALLY came back out after quite sometime and more emails! Now they say they will repair problem with larger pipe for ANOTHER $250!!! This company is horrible. Angie's list should remove this contractor they are a ripoff!
We will not pay them ANOTHER$$$ or have them give us more inefficient work!
If they want to do what they were suppose to initially do which was to stop patio flooding we are okay but do not feel owe more for job that was not finished or done properly...

David and his team did a great job installing the pavers on the driveway and the walkway. The job was done by the finished date as promised! I was a little disappointed that the team working did not initially leave me the extra pavers that were not used, and after several phone calls I did receive a handful of them. I would have liked all the extra ones - but since I did not notice immediately after the job - I cannot say for sure how many there were. I was also a little disappointed with the walkway from the driveway to the side of the house, the crew did not cut any pieces to fit as the walkway rounds the house, so there are just gaps - and also they went over the property line into my neighbors yard (which I  did not discover until months later!). Luckily my neighbor does not care.....Overall I rate David and his team an A for a job well done, great price, and completed on time! The extra pavers and gap in the walkway are minor in my opinion and does not take away from the job done.

The experience was very pleasant, and they were on time for their appointment to quote and job. Before the job was awarded they were amazing at following up and seeing if the project was still on. Very happy with the final product!

I looked at pictures on their website but I drew out a diagram so I had pictures and a diagram for them. When I had a price on the fountain, I had to take that off. It seemed like a lot of money.

David and his crew delivered a beautiful patio on the scheduled date and  I was very happy to have chosen his Company.

I called Enhance because I had used them on another house with excellent results.  David came out and gave me a good bid on a walkway system which almost circled the back of my house to give me a foot path on both sides of my existing patio.  Though they do not have brick and my patio was old brick, he recommended a paver which would blend well and it certainly does!  The crew came out 3 days ahead of schedule and completed the job in two days.  The walkways look terrific and I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

I called Enhance because one of my neighbors used them and I was very impressed with the patio they put in.  Dave came out and gave me a very competitive bid to do a 10 x 16 patio and a new walkway in the front of my house and around the side.  I had trouble picking a paver and he recommended one he thought would go well with my house.  Excellent choice!  The work was done promptly and the crew he sent out was outstanding.  Everyone who saw the final product was wowed by how good it looked.  I liked it so much, I had him come back out and enlarge the patio, adding an arched area, a fire pit and a small sitting wall.  When I put this house up for sale, the patio and walkways were a huge selling feature. I would and have recommended this company highly.

I expected the job to occur a certain way.  There was not an expected expansion joint in the concrete to separate the garage from the driveway.  This was something that David Guidi did not tell Shawn, the job foreman about.  They did not have the equipment (a concrete saw) available, then, to cut the separation.  That saw was brought in the next day.
It was a hiccup that they took care of and I didn't need to worry about it (but I did.)

We are very pleased with the work Enhance Companies did on the concrete footers for our screen enclosure and the pavers installed for the surface of the patio.  The crew was hard-working and the result is absolutely gorgeous.  David and Shawn were both great to work with and communicated with me every step of the way.

While two workers were sent to perform the service, it ended up being done, in fact, by only one as the experienced worker was gone for the most part leaving the less experienced worker to perform the service essentially on a solo basis.  That worker was clearly too inexperience to do the striping despite two applications. The appearance of the pavers after the stripping was "done" was worse than before the project began.  It would have been terrible to apply the new sealer at that point.  

The president of the company came to inspect the work done at my request.  He announced that nothing more could be done. We needed let the driveway "season" for a full year and then begin the project again. That is, begin the process anew after a full 12 months wait with a driveway that was now not sealed and with a most  unsatisfactory appearance.

His conclusion was false as we subsequently found a more reputable company to finish the job which was done with care and by competent personnel on a professional basis from start to finish - the exact opposite with Enhance Outdoor, Inc.  Enhance Outdoor, Inc. simply walked away from an incomplete job due to inferior quality of the service they provided. The project ended up costing us 50 % more than would have been the case if we had hired the second company from the start.  Our $ 975 bought us only aggravation, frustration and considerable inconvenience. 
 
The stripping and resealing work done by Enhance Outdoor Inc. merits the lowest rating possible.

Dave with this company is a hardworking professional manager. They have done a great job on a beautiful fire pit patio and fence. We are still working with this company on a few details but they always complete the work and do what they say they will do. They have even agreed to pressure wash everything when they are finished. I recommend them.

I'm very happy with their work. It was quality, well done work. They did the work on time. The owner or supervisor came out to see the work on a regular basis. They addressed my questions and made adjustments. They were very flexible.

We started to notice that Enhance was not timely responding to questions even before the work started. However, they did a great job designing the lanai and pergola using CAD and we gave them the job. However, we have had problems with the LED lighting embedded in the pavers. Initialy they promised to come out and fix the problem but after 10-15 attempts to reach them via email and phone they have not even shown the courtesy to respond to reach them. The lights in question began malfunctioning right after installation so they should be covered under warrenty. It's a shame that we have spent so much time and effort over something that could be easily fixed. Originally, they promished to come out whenever we needed help, even to reset the light timer when the seasons changed. I am now looking at an estimate from another vendor to replace the four lights in question for $850. We reported them to the BBB and have alerted potential customers about their poor "after the sale" response.

The paver's and the pergola are fine, but we are having problems with the low voltage lighting. We have called them more than 11 times over the last 2 months and they haven't returned our calls or responded at all. This is a warranty issue and they are refusing to fix it. I would not recommend them do to their extremely poor customer service and follow up.
