Michael was awesome. Explained what he was doing, how much it would cost and time it would take. He cleaned up after himself, locked up our home and was very professional. So glad we used them instead of Fenwick Plumbing who tried to charge us $956 for a job that took 1 1/2 hrs for parts that cost -$20. ERP charged less than half and was upfront . Do not spend your hard earned money with someone like Fenwick who wants to take advantage and tell you “ not sure what they may find , so they charge you 300% more”.
