Don't make the mistake I did!! The ONLY form of communication with this company is through text message. There is NO opportunity to speak to anyone on the phone or in person. Despite the few bad reviews on Google, I thought I would give Emerald Visions a shot. I scheduled initial service via text message. The tech randomly showed up (1.5 weeks after I requested service) while I wasn't home. I have no idea what the guy did as I only received an emailed invoice and no accompanying notes. I requested (again via text) that a tech come by at a time I was home so I could talk about my concerns with the lawn. Mind you, I had never spoken to or SEEN a human up to this point. Kind of weird to do business that way, right? Anyway - the response from Kent (owner?) was: "we are too small of a business to meet requests that drive up the cost of customers who are happy with our service" and he said he would close our account. We are small business owners and I guarantee you if we did business like that, we would be OUT OF BUSINESS. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable company that cares about their customers!

The technician shows up about the same day each month and does a thorough job of spraying my yard with the required mixture of agents. He also leaves me a detailed report of the agents used and their purpose. I've used this firm for more than five years at two different homes with no problems whatsoever. The owner responds quickly to any questions or concerns that I have. This is high quality and very reliable service provider.

He is great! He has worked very hard for me, and even went out of his way to help me. I can tell that he is very knowledgable, and he has made my yard look beautiful. He saved my bushes and my lawn, and I couldn't say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend his business.
