Elite responded quickly for our request to come and look at the pool for maintenance. They are efficient and courteous

He called us right away as soon as we put in our request. Leo really knows what he is doing with getting a pool back to where it should be. We are quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Elite was the only company that responded the same day I called HomeAdvisor who set up an appt for 2days later for Sunday, but Elite called and said they could come out the next day ,Saturday, instead!! The owner himself came out Saturday and did NOT charge an extra fee for a weekend job. I needed my pool cleaned asap . Could not ask for better service. They immediately started taking care of my pool that day, and have been out twice a day to get this pool under control .So far very impressed. With Elite Pools and with HomeAdvisors!!

The man came to find my pool filled with dark green water from the previous winter and he mentioned up front that this was going to be a VERY hard job !! After spending a lot of time and trouble {over 2 hours} just to get my pump to work properly because the electrical plug finally had to be replaced he attacked to problem with my pool. This was over a week ago since the filter pump that I had was far to small for my pool and just wouldn't do the job. Then after my pump finally stopped working and I had to order another one Leo took the time to come out and put the new pump and sand filter together and connect it to my pool. I can not begin to express my gratitude for all the EXTRA help he gave me
