We used Elements Disaster Recovery after our house flooded during Hurricane Irma, and they were wonderful to work with! They were one of the first companies able to look at the damage and sent me back a quote promptly. We were able to customize the quote to our liking and get on the schedule immediately. The work was completely extremely well, and they treated our possessions/house with great care. They have competitive pricing, and I would highly recommend them for water damage remediation/mold removal!

They were very responsive and met or exceeded my expectations for the job. The only warning I would give actually has nothing to do with this particular contractor, but all of them in general - expect a high electric bill, because their drying equipment uses a lot of power! I cannot give an estimate of the cost, because the contractor was paid directly by my insurance company. If you have water leake or flood damage, I would definitely recommend them.

Our home has been impacted over the past year by two rainstorms and we identified water leaks. As first time homeowners this was very devastating and unnerving for us. What I appreciated the most about Brian and his team was not only their professionalism, punctualilty, and ability to get the job done. But what was most important is that he was considerate of our family, especially, our children to make sure that the impact to them was minimal from the water damage and his attempt to dry up our home.
