Stephen and his Team worked diligently to find us the right home, and when we found it, they were masterful in the negotiations, savings us a great deal of money. I called Steve Williams for advice on selling our family home. He got the details on the home, did some research, and a few days later gave us advice that was unique and creative: to sell the home by auction.
We thought about it, did our own research, and followed Steve's advice.
The result: the home sold at auction 6 weeks after listing and netted AT LEAST $300,000 MORE than we expected, or that we would've gotten if we'd gone the traditional sales route.
