 + -1 moreHe did an excellent job. I wanted him to trim back my azalea bushes but he advised they were about to bloom and that I did not want him to do that. A week later, they bloomed out beautifully. I am really glad I listened to him. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely hire him again.

He helps educate you on lawn tips, regular maintenance, suggestions and ideas and is great to just chat with. He doesn't just come to do your yard work and leave and we consider him more of a friend each time we see him. We can't recommend him enough. Prices are reasonable, especially given some other providers we called for on quotes. He's punctual, efficient and dedicated to his work.

 + -1 moreBoth men were punctual and worked hard for a few hours nonstop. This was a birthday present for my husband in order to get the yard back into shape after the winter. It looked great! They even finished just in time for the city to swoop by and pick up the yard trash. Very knowledgeable and nice guys. Definitely keeping them in my "favorites" list.

He showed up promptly and once we agreed on pricing he began to immediately work even going out of his way to go get a grinder to cut a fence lock that we could not open so we could get access to the rear yard. He had a car issue the first day he was to show up, but when I called, he rescheduled and was at the address on time and when he said he would be. -- Just a note, I called four lawn service companies to get estimates for this job. Joe was the only one that even returned by call! On the job, he was very respectful and courteous. When I reconfirmed the price, he actually stated $5. less than what I understood the quote to be. He again, was very professional. I have rental properties, and when I need service, I will call Joe again.
Description of Work: Cleaned up a very overgrown yard. Trimmed all trees, bushes, edged and removed grass that had overgrown the sidewalk. This was a one time only yard clean up.

 + -1 moreJoe did a fantastic job! He and his helper worked practically non-stop for 7 hours on the hottest day of the year. Everything looked great and lived up to my expectations. The only reason I scored him lower on punctuality was that it took three weeks to get him out here, which was two weeks after he had originally told me he would come. I understand that he was busy and in search of help, but I feel that he should have reached out to me during that time to explain the situation. Bottom line, I am glad I was patient and waited for him! He did an excellent job with a professional attitude and I will definitely use him in the future. (If he is not too mad at me for scolding him.)
Description of Work: Cleared and cleaned numerous flower garden beds that were extremely overgrown from years of neglect. He also did a regular yard service including trimming grass and hedges, edging, and lawn cutting.

Description of Work: Joe Williams came to my new home and provided me with an estimate of what he would charge to maintain my yard and shrubs on a biweekly basis. He then returned on the agreed upon date and did the yard work we had discussed. Joe Williams is a lovely and kind person who more than exceeds any expectations I had for the service he provides. He even offered to help unpack my car of many boxes that we had moved from our previous home... this was a kind and generous offer, one that I certainly didn't expect. Joe always has a smile and is more than willing to do anything needed in my yard. He cuts the lawn, edges it, and trims the bushes each time he comes, he has also consulted with me about the plants and bushes that may need replacement, but he is willing to wait for a few weeks to see if they will come back from the winter and has trimmed them to encourage new growth. My experience in the past is many yardmen tend to just recommend replacement, whereas Joe is less quick to do that, which preserves my finances. I am most thankful for that attention to detail. I would recommend him enthusiastically.

Description of Work: Joe came out during the week to give me an estimate and was very professional and the price was so good that I hired him on the spot. Joe then returned on Saturday to trim hedges (they needed it desperately), cleaned out the beds, weeded, mowed, trimmed and blew off the driveway and all walkways. I am sooooo happy, the yards looks fantastic. I highly recommend Joe Williams and Williams' Honest Lawn Service. Thank you Joe. :)

 + -1 moreI was very satisfied with his work, and found him pleasant to deal with. Joe works alone, so no dealing with "the hired help." He is honest, asks questions so he can most effectively meet the customers needs, and is very personable. He is now maintaining our yard every two weeks, and I am fully satisfied. He is also easy to reach, and responds promptly.
Description of Work: We recently purchased a house. The yard had not been maintained in years, and I needed someone to give it "the treatment." Joe spent about six hours and only charged $50.00 in anticipation of my satisfaction and regularly scheduled maintenance. He vacuumed the ton of leaves from the yard, raked, mowed, trimmed hedges, even cleared the debris from the flower beds.
