Eco Shield

I have had no problems with what has been done, but something that has disturbed me is that they are very lax in finishing. I had contracted them a month ago for getting the work done by them for the whole house in the attic. It?s a special kind of film paper that they have used which looks like putting up a Reynolds wrap. It keeps the heat out in the summer and it?s working very well. The people who came out were fine. The guys who put it up were fine as well and that wasn?t the problem. The second thing that I had contracted them was for installing a solar fan in my attic. The thing that kind of upset me was that they didn?t come to my front door and didn?t identify themselves. I heard some noise and I saw the same guys in their truck when I went out. I asked them what they were doing and they said that they were getting the work done. They should have come to my door and identified themselves. The third thing is that an electrician has to do the energy saving work too. So I called him 3 times, but he hasn?t yet showed up. I am holding back $1000. He hasn?t asked me as to how come I haven?t paid the balance. So I feel that it?s a very lax way of doing business. I don?t consider the people doing the work professional. They didn?t get back to me in a timely manner. This has been going on for a month now. The product that they are selling is not the issue and so I guess my electric bill will be considerably less. I have no intentions of paying them the balance until it?s finished. I didn?t compare their price with any other company. I would recommend their product, but not the company itself. I am going to call the salesman on Monday and I am going to ask him as to how come no one from his office has responded. I would probably not use their services gain.
