"I'm assuming this is just a misunderstanding and terminology. We don't pressure wash windows. It would actually void your warranty and is not suggested by the manufacture. We do however use a reverse osmosis system that takes all the mineral deposits and impurities out of water and created specifically for window cleaning. It is a load pressure low flow device that allows you to clean windows more thoroughly than anything you can do by hand. If this is what you do you are referencing and you did not get the results you desired I am so sorry. If you had contacted us or notify me in anyway I would make sure we came back and touch up any areas you were displeased with."
I really wanted to give this vendor high ratings, because I was very impressed by the technician's conversation about how particular he was about completing each job to perfection. Unfortunately, the job did not proceed as expected...
Because I also wanted lanai/outdoor furniture to be done under separate contract for $105, technician promised to come back the next day, bringing another helper with him to complete the job.
Well, he appeared an hour late for appt. the next day WITHOUT a "helper." I will say that he worked very diligently for about 4 hrs. on the job. Because I am disabled and still recovering from surgery, I have to take a nap every afternoon. At that time, it looked like he could probably complete the job before I finished my 2-hr. nap, so I gave him the coupon to show that I had purchased the Angie's Big Deal for gutter/window cleaning for $189 and a check for $105 for the additional contract.
I was VERY surprised when I awoke and discovered that he was gone, but the job had NOT BEEN COMPLETED! He obviously had not finished the gutters AND had not cleaned the large lanai table. When he did not appear the next day to complete the job, I called Wiles Windows and left a voice mail about the fact that he had not completed the job.
I finally received a callback from Wiles Windows two days later from the manager. He told me that technician had said that he couldn't reach the gutter in the back because of the pool screen. I told him that others whom I had hired had been able to complete that job, PLUS he still needed to clean the table under the separate contract. He said he would talk with the technician.
When I STILL had not received a phone call about completing the job, I called Angie's List to inquire about my remedy. She said that she would send an email to the provider about this.
Wiles Windows STILL did not respond, even though I left 2 more voice mails. Also, when I checked to see if I could put a hold on my check for the separate contract, it had already been cashed.
Bottom line for me is that I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I paid almost $400 for about 4-5 hours work, and neither contract was fulfilled. I finally ended up hiring someone else to finish the gutters, and am working on doing the table myself. I am considering filing a claim in Small Claims Court.
Got Angie's List involved, but it took 3 phone calls and several emails by me to get them to intervene. Once they contacted owner things happened very quickly.
Person doing work was very polite, worked professionally and did a good job on windows.
I would use the again. Especially that I now have the correct contact details.
