"I performed the work exactly as described. I in no way guaranteed that mold would not return, that would be ridiculous. Unfortunately the nature of this shower means it's going to require regular scrubbing to remove the soils that lead to mold growth. Mold doesn't grow on clean & dry surfaces. The photo I was sent clearly shows mold growth on top of the brand new caulking that I installed. This is a maintenance issue. I made a suggestion for a better mold & mildew cleaner and that's when I was threatened with legal action and bad reviews. The price charged was extremely reasonable. Once I had remediated the shower it was immaculate. I have before & after pictures showing the results."
