This is a small, independent business. When you call my receptionist will let you know a good time for me to come out and give you a free estimate. Some estimates can be done over the phone but not all of them. I accept payments in either cash or paypal. Customer is responsible for all materials.

They worked for six hours for some wood sidings that needed to be done.It didn't come out the way it should've exactly. They were right on time. I used this guy a few times for things before this. It seems they really did good work inside the house that was very good quality.

Eddie is so great! I've hired him many times since I found him through Angie's list and he has been a Godsend. As a single woman, I needed help with the heavy lifting of moving into a new home. He put together furniture, hung pictures and wall art, fixed a few things and even made a run to Home Depot. I've recommended him to other people in my neighborhood...he's fantastic!

He showed up on time and did everything that I wanted fixed. He did most of the work in the pouring rain and finished everything that needed to be done.

The soffit repair went as expected with no surprise. The garage side door frame was repaired properly. The door hinges were not mounted properly and caused a large gap in the door seal. This was "fixed" by putting in a weatherstrip. The hinges should have been installed properly and all would be well. The door can be closed but is very tight against the latch. I will remount the hinges when i have the time. I would use their services again.

Eddie did a great job from start to finish. He did NOT try to nickel and dime the job, pad the bill, or try to charge a fee for his drive time from Jacksonville (about 40 minutes each way), like many other providers. Communication was clear and timely, the job was done expertly and professionally. Will definitely use him again for future projects.

Very slow hung 6 small shelves. 4 bigger shelves 3 decorations and 3 small TV mountings in 4 hours.
****UPDATE***reduced to an F. So far 3 of the shelves have fallen on me. I have a bug lump on my arm from them falling. A handyman should know to put shelves into studs. TVS are crooked. Very disappointed. I have called and left messages and no return call.I hope other people read the comments more than the front page like I did. Not until further down did I see the other comments. Keep away.

They were here for 4 hours. They did a good job. They showed up on time. and it looks good. I paid an extra $40 for some extra molding (materials). They did a really great job cleaning up too.

I called them back because they had done a good job patching and preparing the wood for painting. They do a nice job and invite you to look over an area when it is completed to make sure you are satisfied. Eddie and his helper are high energy young men, very polite and willing to do what you ask of them. I would have no problems having them back for any painting project.
The drywall repair was a different matter. 95% of the job was fine but there was very little attention to detail at the baseboard area and around the electrical box. He came by at 7:30 AM to do the "Finishing Touch" and as it was early and behind a bed I really did not notice the problem areas. I did, however, notice them when I went to paint the patched area. The electrical outlet was unusable and the baseboard was still full of hardened drywall mud. So before I could paint I spent a lot of time re-installing the outlet, scraping the baseboard, and resealing the bottom of the patch. I also noticed some dents in the new drywall that should have been filled and sanded. Attention to detail is what makes a drywall patch look invisible.

Provider was courteous and knowledgable. Did all the work as requested. The door opening was not the right size ( poor design by house builder) but the Eddie worked hard to alter the door and frame to make them work. He did an awesome job where other handymen would have just told me it won't work and leave me on my own.

I contacted E&T through Angie's List and they were very responsive. Eddie even came to the house prior to our scheduled appointment to take a look at the minor jobs around the house and let me know if he could get it done in the time I purchased through the Angie's List deal. They arrived on time and completed everything on my list with no issues. However, I now have two issues with them; 1) I tried on three subsequent occasions to schedule them to come again and fix a new list of items around the house. They NEVER returned my call. So I moved on and found someone else. 2) Now that I have used another handyman service, I believe that E&T in comparison are very overpriced. Therefore, I will not be using them again.

He repaired a lot of paint cracking on vertical members around the windows by sanding, caulking and finishing as required. Did repair on siding and upper level trim and supports as required. Basically he did what I requested him to do.

I was satisfied with the finished work. Did feel that the cost of service @ $199.00 plus what I paid for materials, seemed a little on the high side.

This is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He was fast, and did quality work (I hope he posts pictures) at a great price. He cleaned up afterward, and guaranteed his work. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Went on Angie's List to find a handyman and contacted E&T. I explained that this was a small job but one that needed to be done immediately and asked if he was available to fulfill that need. He said he was not available on the day of the call but would call me back the next day and coordinate a time to do the work. He did not call me back the next day so I called him back. He said he would be at my house on Saturday morning to do the work. I waited for him on Saturday and did not hear anything so called him again around mid day. He was at his child's ballgame which made me really feel guilty that I was calling him but he had told me he could do the work. I had already set the expectation that I needed the work done quickly and he had said he could fulfill that need. If he could not, he should have told me so I could move on to the next company. He ended up coming to my house on Saturday after his child's game and because I still wanted to help him out with his small business, after he finished up with the AC unit (initially placing the AC unit in the window upside down!), I took him on a tour of the house to show him some other handyman projects that I needed to have done. Before he left he committed to my daughter and I that he would call to coordinate schedules to take on those additional projects. We heard nothing from him. I called him back one more time to ensure he had my daughter's phone number and he said he would call to schedule. We have yet to hear from him and I have since used another to finish the projects. I am all for using local small businesses so that I am doing my part to support my local economy but when the small businessman does not have a good process for scheduling, follow-up and fulfillment of commitments, they will lose my business.
