Loaned me a car without me even asking for one; excellent follow-up. Prices were much more reasonable that previous estimates I received for same repairs (didn't have them done earlier because of higher prices quoted elsewhere). I mistakenly went to this dealer, although there are 2 closer Honda dealers to me -- now I am glad I did!

No haggle pricing. Car was fairly nice but had some minor damage on front bumper. Sales man told me price was set at best he could do. Did not buy

They have been great and I have never had any problems with them. Everything that they have done for me has been up the bar. They do a good job and I am not sure how they are price wise since I do not know what is a good price and what is not. Their service people have been great and it is a nice environment there. After they check my car they will tell me if anything is wrong and I have been pleased with their work. I feel comfortable with them since they are very honest as they are a dealership. I know that they will fix things right and up to the company's standards. They do not give me parts which do not fit on my car. If they have any discounts then they will let me know about it.

Excellent... I had the valves inspected and oil changed. When I went to pick up my car it turned out that a tow truck had hit it without their knowledge. I pointed it out to them and they investigated it. They asked for a couple of days to see if they coud get the towing company to fess up and pay; if not they would cover the damages. They ended up covering the damages and I got some touch up work done at the same time to save some money. The car was finished within a couple of days. I went to pick up the car and was not satisfied with the touch up work. The service writer apologized and said he would see what he could do. They sent the car back to the body shop and buffed the paint. Upon return they said don't worry about the cost. I ended up getting $250 worth of paint work for $50 (that was for additional paint, I did not pay for their work). Overall, Duval Honda made the best of a comical series of events. I will always use this dealership from now on. Yes, some things happened but Duval Honda went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.

Overall very happy. I think they charge quite a bit more than most places for a simple oil change, but they do routine checks on everything else which is nice to have. I'm overall very pleased with their service and the explanations they give for each problem and what it should cost before doing the work.

I spent about $30000. I used them because I have bought two other vehicles from them and they earned my loyalty. I don’t think anyone can beat their customer service and selection. They are very easy to negotiate with and that is because I have done business with them. They know that I will come back and I will send other people there. They deal with me over the phone and I don’t have to sit around and wait. I dealt with them over the phone and went in and signed all the papers.

They explain things very well to you. They are cheaper than most companies I've found as well.

They fit me in the next day at a time that was convenient for me. While I waited, they kept me informed of the progress of the work. They even checked the inside of the door to be sure nothing else was broken. They finished even earlier than expected. AND they washed and vacuumed my car!

I had a very pleasant experience with Duval Honda. All of their mechanics were friendly and polite, and I appreciated how they kept me so well informed. They finished the work on time, and their price was fair. I'd certainly hire them again.
