Started working on my fridge and didn't have the proper tools to complete the job. Came back several times after that and the job is still incomplete and he's now unresponsive to my calls.

terrible, ran waterline so my side sprayer hose would not fully extend. I called him and explained. He said to fix it myself. In the rush before Christmas to get the work done, I forgot to get a receipt of payment, during that phone call he assured me he would send me a receipt. I called him twice a week for more than a month. Each time I politely asked for a receipt and he assured me I would receive one. Six months later, I have not received a receipt. I would caution others. He lacks professionalism. Beware!

Bill not only diagnosed the problem within minutes, but actually had the parts on his truck. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic...Unpluged washer pump where some other's might have charged me for a new pump.....Highly recomended

Bill was excellent!  He diagnosed problem over the phone and it was accurate.  He knew what the problem was and how to fix it.  No parts needed, just his time and knowledge.  Same day service was fabulous.  I will use him again!
