Dreamscape Custom Paint and Remodeling

We hired Dreamscape Custom Paint and Remodeling , owner, Karl Lackey to repaint the exterior of my home which was long overdue for a fresh coat of paint. Karl was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive every step of the way including after the job itself. He did a fabulous job from beginning to end. He helped with paint color choice and then he power washed, scraped and did other prep work as necessary and required to achieve a professional finish. This was a tough job and required a lot of very hard work. When done, I could not have asked for a better paint job. The house looked brand new. He also took care of some difficult areas due to dry rot and he always double checked with me when there was a question with color or questionable work areas. Dreamscape really went the extra mile to make this customer happy. We chose Dreamscape Custom Paint and Remodeling because Karl was very professional, provided a detailed estimate and other information that was important. My wife and I Could not be more pleased with the results and the entire experience. I Canâ t recommend this company highly enough!!! The quality of work and professionalism is very rare in this business, as is the responsiveness, reliability and quality of work. The principal general contractor Karl also happens to be one of the nicest and most honest humans on the planet ! I had to choose one category but Dreamscape helped me with more than painting - all kinds of little odd job touch ups and caulking work, concrete replacement in my balcony, sanding and refinishing if hardwood floors too. No job is too big or too small, but the high quality of work is consistent throughout. Best contractor experience ever!!
