This Company Plays Too Many Games Don’t even waste your time with this con artist loser. This company likes to 'play business' like a 5 year old, pretending they're a real business. If you’re a customer, prepare for calls not to be returned, but when your home warranty company calls 5 minutes later…he’s suddenly available. How this wanna be plumber stays in business is anyone’s guess. My home is covered under a home warranty. When the home warranty company calls this guy to do repair work on my home. When the repair order was placed, he tells the home warranty company, he’ll call me that day to schedule. OVER 72 hours, this pathetic excuse for a business doesn’t try to schedule the time. Even in that 72 hour period, when I called to schedule, it went straight to voicemail. No return call. But on the follow up call from the home warranty company when I reported no activity. The warranty company calls him, and surprise! He answers the phone proceeds to tell them for me to call within the next 10 minutes. I do…guess what? Voicemail!
