DOOR DOCTOR OF JAX

We love it. The door works great now. I think they ended up having to replace the track on the door but they also put a new lock on the door because the old lock had broken. We are thrilled with it. Their pricing was fair but I don’t have anything to compare it to. I wasn’t upset with the price. The quality of the work was great. They came out the same day we called. My wife was there and she was very pleased with it.

I called and set up an appointment time. I was told the price to fix the door. The repairman arrived on time and fixed the door for the price quoted.

I had the Door Doctor come to my house to look at my existing door and give me an estimate based of a word of mouth referral I received. After talking with him and determining my options for a replacement door I decided to use his services and his company. My door was ordered and I was called to schedule an installation. The day of installation he arrived and replaced all damaged parts. He was timely and worked very hard, efficiently and with expertise that I discovered came from almost 20 years of installing and repairing garage doors. He replaced the old, damaged, door and installed needed tracks, etc. After the service I would recommend Door Doctor and would use him again.
