Cabinet Making
On several occasions, starting back in July 2014 when we signed up, every time we asked for product pricing and availability we were met with "Yes", when in fact nothing was ever to be forthcoming. The list of disappointments is very long and distinguished.
I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone.

The contractor that Direct Buy sent out ordered the wrong materials, and didn't even price them right. They wanted me to pay for materials without seeing a bill. The job didn't even get completed, because I fired him and hired someone else.
