Dimensions In Tile And Stone

We ordered Chicago brick tile from this store. They do have a very nice selection of tile to offer in their store. You must go to their warehouse for pick up, they do not offer delivery. The worst part of this purchase was that we were NOT told that we could not return any extra tile, and nowhere on our receipt did it indicate our purchase was a special order. When we attempted to return the four extra boxes of tile we were denied. I would think with a purchase of $2500 they would be more than happy to accommodate this request (as many other tile stores do). We were also sold 4 shelves, told they were in stock, but they were not, which caused some additional delays. With many tile stores in the area, we will certainly select one that finds more value in their customers as we retile the rest of our home.

I thought the quality was good for the price. Their specialty is not cabinets, but I thought I like the cabinets that they had to offer. I am sure they learned from my experience. I am sure they are better equipped at this point. I was happy and when I had an issue, they were very responsive and corrected the problem. I would say overall they were very good with what information they had.

Brian was very helpful and patient with color sections, materials, and suggested just the right patterns of tile to replace the stone floors.  We were provided with full size samples (not just chips) to help us decide just the right look that would compliment the rest of the decor.  He gave us a fair price (we did some comparison shopping), worked around a schedule WE wanted and completed the work on time.  We are extremely happy with results.

Both jobs were done in a very professional manner and we were very happy with the jobs.

They are more of an upscale tile place.  You'll probably be in the market for upscale ideas because they are a little more expensive.  The tiles are of high quality.  I wouldn't call it pricey, I'd call it upscale.  If you're looking for upscale then the price is going to be in line with what you're looking for.  if you're looking for a bargain you won't find it here.

Very nice showroom, but limited (no weekend or evening) hours. Entire staff provided good advice and recommendations for materiels and design elements. I was working with a prime contractor, so installation took a little longer to schedule than I would have thought, (3 weeks). Once work began installation proceeded rapidly. Each day the area was left clean, however better dust barriers and management would have been appreciated. An error with border placement was acknowleged courteously and reworked without arguement. In all the job was professionally completed to my specifications and satisfaction.

They are good from estimate, through professional assistance with material choices and design plans, labor was top quality and finished job beautiful. Everything from beginning to end was professional and top quality.

Overall they did a good job. While the materials delivery was slightly delayed, once all got going they were very thorough. Some aspects of layout were poorly done by others and they did a great job of finding a solution, Jason, the field person, was excellent and is very level headed professional.
