She rarely shows a house herself. She has her underlings do it. You have to meet her or other agent at the first house and follow them around in your car. Negotiations are handled by office staff. Maybe if you are buying over a million dollar house you get service. No suggestions for houses offered. You and her office staff do all the work.

She's doing really well. She keeps you updated, I get weekly notices on things like new homes that have recently come on the market so we can compare them against mine. When I need new fliers or booklets they are here within a couple of days of me requesting them. She stays in touch and has great communication skills which you really want this day and age in a real estate agent. I'm very overall pleased with her. I've bought and sold several homes in my life and she's just really good.
