Ricky came out and gave me an estimate for doing some work on my rental property. I gave him the go-ahead, and he got started 2 days later, as we discussed. He did an excellent job, and even exceeded my expectations. There were  some other little things that he saw that needed to be done and he just took care of it, without charging me extra money. He was able to remove some spots on the kitchen floor that I thought would never come out. That saved me from having to replace the whole floor. He left the place, not only very clean, but it smelled amazing with his special cleaners that he uses. The job was completed in 2 days, and was very well done. Ricky was very professional and very thorough. I will use him again for another job I have in mind.
