I used D&D Construction Services for a complete exterior residing of my Atlantic Beach house to include: soffit, facia, James Hardie smooth Lap, Board & Baton, and Shake siding. D & D also repaired existing wood rot and roofing flashing problems discovered during the install. D & D is a James Hardie preferred installer which is one of the reasons that led me to their business in the first place. I could not be more satisfied with my customer experience. From Dejan, the face of the company, to Momo the work site supervision lead, to the individual crews that work for D & D you will not find more competent professionals. I received several quotes for my project and D&D were by far the best value in terms of price, workmanship, responsiveness, and customer service. Their attention to detail was exquisite and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Momo and his crew did a great job! Every step of the process he communicated what was being done or about to be done. His pricing was very fair. They arrived every day on schedule and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a fairly extensive project (Replacement of Vinyl Siding, New Windows, Soffit/Fascia and Gutters). They also replaced any rotten wood they found at no charge. The end result looks awesome. Very happy with the results! Would definitely hire again and recommend.

The project went great, Momo was able to get to my house and give me a quote the same day I called other contractors didn't even respond till a day later, Momo and the crew were on time every day showed up every day till the project was done, you can trust what Momo suggests because he knows what he is doing!!

Such a great experience! Momo is friendly, professional and fast! He came out right away to give an estimate and his communication in scheduling the work was excellent. He and his team went above and beyond to repair the wood rot to insure it was solid and seamless with the rest of the house without exceeding the estimate. He and his team cleaned up everything afterwards and I was able to pay using my debit card which was very convenient given the current Stay in Place order. I highly recommend this company.

I selected Mr. Pajkanovic after getting 5 quotes from a cross-section of local installers. From the very beginning, he was always very courteous, prompt, conscientious and HONEST, as were all the men on his crew. My entire house was sided with wood-textured vinyl (incl chimney), shutters were replaced, double garage door was painted to match, plus a new front door and a security door were installed. House looks brand new! He attended to all my concerns--even fixed my bird bath. Mr. Pajkanovic gets a 5 Star review--because he earned it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The crew was pleasant and professional. They did great work. Momo did an excellent job explaining exactly what they would be doing and the steps to complete it. He communicated well then arrived on time and completed the job quickly. The cost was fair and completed at the cost promised. I will be hiring this company again to complete other projects on the house.

These guys were outstanding. Very professional. The owner explained every step of the process and even texted me daily updates/ pictures while I was on vacation. Cost was exactly what was quoted and all the work was very detailed oriented. Great experience. I would hire again!

Momo called me the same day I submitted my request through Angie’s list and made an appointment to come out the following day. Upon arrival Momo was very polite and professional went up on the roof, inspected the chimney, took pictures, explained that caulking should fix the problem and he would be happy to do it for free if I had a caulk gun. He sent pictures of the areas he caulked and explained in detail what needed to be done with my siding along with providing quotes. He was very genuine and generous with his time and did not have to go back on my roof and caulk the areas. I have had several different companies come out with quotes ranging from $450-$2500 without even going up on my roof so I want to give Momo and this company a huge Shout OUT for being honest and having integrity in the construction industry. I would definitely recommend this company based on the service provided to me today.

My experience with the company thus far has been great! There's been a couple of times where I needed him to come back and do work, but they're always right on it. They do smaller jobs as well as bigger jobs. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend them.
