Steve was the salesman and was great to work with. The crew did a great job and were in and out in two days. Much better price than other estimates for same product. Very good job in all respects.

They messed up the paint job and the molding. They were very cooperative but the workers were not careful.

Entire process from planning with Kerry at the store to the installation went great.  They have been quick to come back out and address all of our concerns.  We saved almost $5,000 over what another store wanted.  Great price, great service, great product.  Highly recommend!

They came and installed carpet and tile. The service was excellent. They were very honest. You felt like you were getting a good deal.

They were very helpful and courteous. They came right on time, and finished ahead of schedule. The new flooring looks excellent. The vinyl is designed to look like tile, and it has already fooled everyone who has seen it so far!

I think the problem was the delivery; they were going to just drop the carpet off at the street. The price was good. You get the carpet for half the price that Home Depot sells it for. I had to call them back several times. I would consider them because of their prices.

We decided to pull out the old carpet and padding ourselves for a better price. The gentlemen did an excellent job installing the carpet and cleaned up after themselves. We had the whole house recarpeted, but needed to wait to install the master bedroom until after we painted it. The store was very flexable for us, and came back when we were ready for them. The tile was more difficult. The tile sent was not a good quality. It was noticable after it was installed. A curve in the tile was evident. The owner inspected the tile and the work done and told us to choose a better ceramic tile at no extra cost. We chose a porcelain tile that cost us just a little more. We were satisfied with the help that John gave us. He backed his products and was willing to replace anything that wasn't quality items or quality installation.

We decided to remove the old carpet and padding ourselves. We emptied the furniture from all of the rooms. The tack strip remained and was useable. We had over 2000 sq. ft. installed in almost one day. We asked for the master bedroom to be installed a week later, so we would have time to paint it first. The company (John) was very accommodating. We also chose a ceramic tile. The tile we chose was not available and a similar tile was substituted. It was not good quality and did not lay flat. When Jonn saw this he asked us to choose another tile that would be installed for us. We chose a porcelean tile this time. We chose the date for the new installation. It took only two days. It was a nice neat, clean job and it looks fabulous. We are very satisfied and John worked well with us. Thank You John.

Excellent.? Polite, patient, diligent carpetlayers and carpet?at an excellent price.? When the old carpet was removed, the carpetlayer remarked that the original padding was in excellent condition and that it was a better grade than the new one?I had ordered.? I called the Dalton Direct?office,?and explained this to Jim Pettersen.? He?cancelled my order for new padding, saving me $250.00.? Nice!?? The day after installation, I noticed that a headboard had been reassembled in reverse order.? I again called Dalton and they sent the same carpetlayers over.? They quickly turned around the headboard.? The carpet looks great and I am VERY pleased.???

The installers were fairly prompt. Maybe a little late one day. They cleaned up after themselves and the job looked good. I believe they took care to do the job properly. I would recommend them to others. I think the price was good...it was a lower end carpet, covering 1500 square feet, with a six pound pad (standard).
