He came out when he said he would and he replaced the wood correctly. But, his worker got white caulk/paint all around the piece of wood and they did not repaint the grey on the house so it is kind of messy.

It has been a very positive experience so far. They are quick to respond. They gave a fair quote; it was comparable to other quotes. Their workers are courteous and polite. They are very contentious in terms of how much noise and dust they are creating, taking measures to decrease both.
