Any time I need additional service, or something was missed, they follow up immediately. I enjoy driving up to my home and seeing everything nicely cut and trimmed. I can count on them to perform on every visit.

Description of Work: Picked them up when I bought my new home from the previous owner. They seemed to make a lot of promises, but never followed through. The owner Troy seemed to blame others for trouble we had with the lawn. One week I'm pretty sure they never came, they said they did, but my wife was home all week and never saw them. Oh, and Troy needs a lesson on professionalism. When I told them I was canceling, instead of trying to see what he could do to keep my business he hung up. Nice.
