It was  a great experience, I have no complaints or suggestions, which is highly unusual.  I am thrilled with the finished product.  Christy was a joy to work with and her experience and input on design was spot on.  Helpful with suggestions but not pushy, gave me space and time to make decisions.  They did what they said they would do without my having to follow up. 

I did not comment on price because I did not price shop any other custom cabinet places and I have no prior experience with this.  I price shopped Home Depot and Lowe's for the bathroom cabinets and Customwood was lower than either one of them and the bonus with Customwood is I got the bath tower exactly as I wanted.  What I wanted for the fireplace could only be done custom and I accepted Customwood's estimate as reasonable.

Beautiful design...raised and glazed surface. Christy was excellent in her continuing contacts with us, informed us of the status throughout the project. Danny and his crew were punctual and very professional. Installer Herb was outstanding...his trim work was immaculate and exceptionally tightly fitted...beautiful. The extra things they included, such as slide-out drawers in the pantry cabinet and under kitchen sink...the self-closing drawers and doors...and all the rest...were wonderful. Everything works flawlessly. We were so impressed with their workmanship, that we actually returned some vanity cabinets we had purchased from Lowes (and were ready to install ourselves) and decided to have Custom Cabinets make the cabinets instead because the difference in quality was so huge and noticeable.

Locally owned/crafted cabinets. They were very helpful in helping us to redesign our cabinet layout. They also guided us w/the changes we wanted in the island. Big change from the original one. Installer was good. Our kitchen was a "gut job" due to water damage. Great thing with them is we can go back and get additional MATCHING cabinets in the future if needed. We will most likely do this soon. Have had them 1+yr and love them. Beautiful cabinets.

I couldn't be more pleased with my beautiful new custom made kitchen from Custom Wood Products of Jacksonville. After becoming frustrated with a local Big Box Store where I would have gotten a lot less for more, and of questionable quality, I am very pleased that I found out about Custom Wood Products. Christy and Danny provided me with everything that I had hoped for in a new kitchen, and even more; and, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. The project from start to finish went quickly and smoothly without a glitch. What a very well kept secret here in Jacksonville that you can go directly to this custom kitchen maker for a quality product that is reasonably priced! Yes, I would definitely use them again!!!

My wife and I had 3 bids for kitchen cabinet design and install. One of the bids was from Custom Wood Products of Jacksonville (CWP). When we arrived at the warehouse one of the owners, Danny Hall, gave us the tour of the building, which included various stages of finished cabinetry. It was obvious from this tour that Mr. Hall was extremely proud of his product and staff. Christy Hall, his wife and co-owner, was just as pleasant as Danny. She was in charge of the kitchen design. When we left my wife and I both agreed that we were hoping that CWP would be competitive with the other two bidders. To our relief and somewhat surprise, since CWP's cabinets were custom built and the others were not, CWP was right in the mix. We hired them immediately. During the design phase they met our every request. We could not have been more pleased with CWP. The cabinets are solidly built and extremely attractive and functional. CWP and their suggested installer were professional and always, always punctual. If you want a quality product at a reasonable price, you cannot go wrong with CWP.
P.S. If you do hire them to do your cabinets, we highly recommend the installer that they suggest. You cannot go wrong. I witnessed my son's kitchen cabinets being installed and CWP's installer was far more meticulous and careful with the cabinets and our home.
