I'm the housekeeper for a gentleman here in Jacksonville. We could not remember the name of our former water filter co. So we called Culligan. What a difference! The ladies in the office have been friendly and answered all of our questions. Our service provider, Josh was courteous and professional every step of the way. My employer has been in business himself for over 70 years and was highly impressed with Josh as was I. Lastly, no one can forget the name "Hey Culligan Man"!

We have them for salt deliveries. They are not dependable at times. The driver is supposed to call when he is on his way but most times does not. Some times they never show up on the delivery day and we have to call them.

Met salesman at Home Show...set appointment for the following week. He was prompt and had a very low pressure approach. I decided to purchase the middle of line water softener. He advised me of the next steps and told me to follow with if I had any additional questions. 2 day later, I received a call regarding setting the appointment for install. Appt setting was flexible and easy. installer arrived on time and completed the install in less than 2.5 hours. He was unable to remove the old softener by himself. Someone was to contact me regarding another appointment to pick up old softener...appears it fell through the cracks. But once I called, a visit was scheduled and they came to pick up the broken machine. Everything works good.

Culligan Water Conditioning tries to solve the problem on the phone first to save us some money, which I feel is really nice. They are professional and know what they are doing when they come out to perform the work. I have only good experiences with them.

The Culligan system was here when we bought the house. The service we have since received has been fantastic. We have them deliver the salt to our house and they even put it in the system. They deliver great customer service and the water is great.

We were not happy with the hard water in Jacksonville. After Culligan installed the system we finally had good water. The hard water affects many things, including laundry (we now use less detergent), bathroom (we now clean it less) and pipes.

I grew up with Culligan water. We moved to different places but my father always insisted on soft water. It is so much better. It is impossible for me to go back to regular water. The quality is very good and it recently passed a water inspection test.

In order to have Culligan Water Conditioning clean up after themselves and complete the job included in the contract, I had to call corporate headquarters a few times. It took 6 months to finish their work. I received a mean phone call from the owner after that.

We were fairly pleased with what Culligan did. They installed our water softener a little later than what I was expecting. It took them awhile to get us scheduled and there was a small issue with a hose leaking but they fixed everything and it works great now.
