I had a need for storage space & contacted them about their facilities. It was the weekend & obviously after hours. I left a message & received a callback the following Monday afternoon. Had a conversation regarding their facilities & they were very forthright with their prices & services. I liked the fact that there were a number of options on their units. I stopped by and found the units very acceptable and were reasonably priced. I decided to go with another facility simply because of location to my residence, but would have been very pleased to use CubeSmart if they had been a little closer to me.

Needed storage space to put my things in while I am buying a home. Got a good price which was important, but the then the staff at Cubesmart was exceptionally responsive and flexible to my needs and the timing of my move. Was able to arrange extra space to be available if needed when my things arrived. They just seem to always go the extra step to help me. Very impressed. Building is also clean and well maintained.
