We have no problems with them and will keep using them. We are on a yearly contract and they are pretty efficient; I don't see any bugs in the house. They are neat and our place does not smell like chemicals. The guy is pretty diligent; he even took a hypodermic needle-type thing and sprayed in between my cabinets and stuff. I have never seen that done before. They are reasonably priced and the guy always calls a few days ahead of time to schedule; when he says he will be here at a certain time he is either on time or early.

They are a great company. I only have one request that he calls a day ahead because I'll leave my dogs inside. He's always mindful to do so. I have always had a good experience.
