 + -1 moreVery poor. Considering he stated over a two month period, that he was going to come back and fixed my fence that he damage. He even claimed that he had ordered it.Told me he was coming the next day. He never showed and eventually stop responding to my text messages. On a scale from 1-10, I would give him a -5. I had withheld a small portion of his payment. He told me he need the money to buy the fence. Once I had paid him. He stop responding to my texts.
