CREATURE COMFORTS PET RESORT IS LOCATED ON FOUR HEAVILY TREED, RIVER FRONT ACRES ON JACKSONVILLE'S WEST SIDE. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE PROFESSIONAL, INDIVIDUAL CARE AND ATTENTION THAT WE GIVE EACH PET GUEST. WE ARE COMMITTED TO GIVING YOUR PET THE SAME CARE AND RESPECT THAT WE GIVE TO OUR OWN PETS. WE FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT YOUR CANINE AND FELINE COMPANIONS DESERVE THE BEST POSSIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS. TO FURTHER OUR COMMITMENT TO THIS PRINCIPLE, WE BEGAN MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION IN 1995 WITH THE ADDITION OF OUR VIP ("VERY IMPORTANT PET") BUILDING. IN 2000 WE REAFFIRMED THIS COMMITMENT BY BREAKING GROUND FOR A SECOND STATE OF THE ART ANIMAL CARE BUILDING. WE WILL CONTINUE TO STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE VERY BEST IN CARE AND FACILITIES FOR YOUR BELOVED PET.

Stress free stay for all pets!  Creature Comforts on Park Street boarded my cat for 10 days.  What I didn't know until I visited for the first time is THE CATS AND DOGS ARE IN SEPARATE BUILDINGS!!   This means your cat is not stressed out from the barking, and the dogs aren't being taunted by meows!   It is on Park west of Cassat in a quiet residential neighborhood.  So glad I stumbled upon this place since I had tried finding a cat only boarding place.  This is just perfect.  Owners live on premises (it is a large property), so no worries about what happens when they close.  And they are all truly pet people.  It is their passion not just an income.  I'll use this place again!  They even have a small timeframe pick up window on Sundays.

My dogs love going to and quot;campand quot;--can't wait to get into the door. When i pick them up, they are happy and excited....never any problems when I bring them home with their and quot;schedulesand quot;. Creature Comforts may not have fancy amenities (ie Valet Bark and Park)---they just spend their time and energy on giving my dogs lots of love and affection.

They genuinely like and care about the animals and their office hours for pickup and drop off are varied to include Sunday afternoons. When I told them one of my cats had passed away, they were even nice enough to send me a sympathy card signed by everyone.

Creature Comforts is a resort for dogs, a big house in the woods. It is so popular that you often must call months ahead to reserve a spot. My dog likes it there and the workers absolutely care about the animals. It is a wonderful place to take your pet.
